Prior to Nexus Capital, Pisaris-Henderson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA) until April 2006. Having founded the company in 1996, he guided the company—a global leader in developing and providing performance-based marketing and commerce enabling services—through one of the most competitive environments in the online industry. Throughout the course of this tenure, he also held the positions of President and Chief Technology Officer at various points in the history of FindWhat.com - MIVA's predecessor company.
